Pitaiche offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase amount is required.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

If a return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incorrectly shipped item, Pitaiche will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Pitaiche does not charge a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.
